Complicity

I’m tied in pain,

dangerous attraction

of pleasure

forebode

and frighten me

from you

and your pressure

We still don’t know

what we are…

In this madness world

We know very little each-others sins

So far

Exchanging more tension than repose

We build barriers just to be good

But we still dare,

Transcending our boundaries

Without wanting to change,

Without asking, nothing

We give what we can,

With the necessity to gain,

Craving to break rules,

We give up ourselves

In feelings eccentricity

Lust drives us to accomplice

Weakness

to fallibility

  1. did you just write this?

    With the necessity to gain,
    Craving to break rules,
    We give up ourselves
    In feelings eccentricity

    Lust drives us to accomplice
    Weakness
    to fallibility

This screams how I am challenged by my wants in times of feeling obliged…this is seriously good

  2. very nice and tightly worded. i can relate to this a couple of different ways. i feel it for sure, but i’ll keep some of that to myself.

  3. Very well written. It is vividly written.

  4. This flows so well…and such a self destructive proposition…Realy love your writing…

  5. doing the right thing always sucks… but would always make great poetry…
    i like your work! 🙂

  6. Its seems to be like a compromise, but I am sure you know better than me that with writing poetry you can never make deals :-)))
